PAYMENTS

At the time of booking half deposit is required and is non refundable. The full payment must be completed on the day of the session or before.

TARDINESS

THE SESSION WILL BE CANCELLED IF MORE THAN 30 MINUTES LATE

An additional $20 will be added on all sessions where client is beyond 15 minutes late. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client tardiness.

CANCELLATIONS

If you are unable to make your photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future session or a half refund. If not notified within 24 hours of the session the half deposit rule is void and there will not be a refund BUT the client can reschedule on a day that fits the photographers schedule within 3 months.

GUESTS

I recommend a total of 2-4 people for anything outside. Large groups of people tend to take the focus away from the actual photos and we end up shooting way less than we are supposed to.

For indoor sessions let’s keep it down to 1-2 guests if not being shot please.

Makeup artists/Hairstylists are welcomed on set.

PHOTOGRAPHER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPPLYING ANY ADDITIONAL PROPS OR ACCESSORIES PRIOR TO OR DURING A BOOKING. FAILURE TO PROPERLY PREPARE WILL NOT BE THE PHOTOGRAPHERS RESPONSIBILITY.
